At Gifting Miles, we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. We make every effort to ensure that our products meet your expectations. However, if the product does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at +94 777 786 452 or email us at giftingmiles@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange to pick up the damaged items and either send you a replacement or issue a refund. The refund will be processed according to your original payment method: if you paid by credit/debit card, the amount will be credited back to that card; if you paid by bank transfer, it will be returned to your bank account. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
For undamaged items, you may return them with their original packaging and receipt within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. Please do not fill out manufacturer warranty cards or remove any barcodes or packaging until you are certain you want to keep the item, as returns cannot be accepted if warranty cards have been completed or if the manufacturer’s packaging is damaged.
Non-Refundable or Non-Exchangeable Products (Except for Damaged or Faulty Items)
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for the following items: perishable goods such as food, watches, Global Shop products, flowers, cakes, chocolates, personalized items or those made to custom specifications, products prone to rapid deterioration or expiration, as well as toiletries, perfumes, cosmetics, jewelry, earrings, and accessories.
Order Change or Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be processed for requests made more than 2 days after the order was placed, if the order is already being processed, has been delivered, or was purchased from the vendor. Orders generally begin processing 24 hours before the delivery date, with jewelry, fresh flowers, and grocery hampers requiring 72 hours of processing time. We reserve the right to deny refunds under these circumstances.
Warranty Claims
All items that include a warranty come with a warranty card, except for Gifting Miles products sourced directly from suppliers. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify whether the warranty card is included with the product (typically found inside the original box). If the warranty card is missing, customers should notify Gifting Miles within 2 days of receiving the product.
Please be aware that without the warranty card, the warranty will be void, and Gifting Miles will not be responsible for honoring the warranty if the card is not presented at the time of the warranty claim.
